Ken Harding is a senior managing director at FTI Consulting, based in Denver. He is the Global Practice Leader of the Publishing group in the firm’s Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) practice. A 30-year veteran of the publishing and media business, his work at FTI gives him direct involvement with more than 300 newspaper and publishing projects. Prior joining FTI, he was president and CEO of Harding Consulting Alliance. Before that, he was corporate vice president of operations and distribution for Tribune Publishing, where he reviewed and approved capital projects for all Tribune newspapers and directed benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives.
